Tymotica is the moniker of Berlin-based DJ, producer and engineer Marc Landendinger.
Originally from Munich, he's a founding member of the Ruffhouse Crew, a seminal collective of DJs and producers, injecting the city with UK-influenced Bass Music for over three years now.
In 2016 Tymotica joined the roster of Banlieue Records with the cosmic hard-hitter 'Into the Head'. He moved to Berlin and made his way as a DJ, playing his techno-heavy sets regularly at clubs like Humboldthain and Griessmühle. As an engineer, he currently works at the prestigious Red Bull Studios in Berlin.
Tymotica's take on 'Branches' by Carlos Cipa & Occupanther is a brilliant walk through ambient spaces and shimmering soundscapes, calmer than his own tracks but just as intense. Adding the flustered break-beat drums makes this remix an on-point supplement to the original track.
